Carolina Trail Stalkers. Trade Marked

It was brought to my attention this weekend that Carolina Trail Stalkers is a Trade marked name and that the Individual that has been running the group (Ivan Cruz) was served with a Cease and Desist letter. The trade mark can be looked up on the USPTO (google the website) and serial number 84639529. If anyone needs more info on the trademark holders let me know in a private message and i can put you in contact with them.

So is the name Carolina trail blazers to similar to fly or is there a club also named Carolina trail stalkers?
 
There is a trail stalkers club.
Only reason I know this is I go to Wilmington once a month or so for business and they seem to take over the local Buffalo Wild Wings once a week.
Hotel e stay in shares a parking lot with BWW. Looks like mostly beach style XJ, TJ and JKs. Some good looking rigs in the group for sure.

Basically. On Dickey Bell they left a pretty blonde girl with a tire off the bead... Just drove off without her.
Some of the Mud Devils gang pulled up and took care of her... lol

I said "so yall are in the military I take it" to one of them and he got all pissed off and said "No, we are marines"

The douche was strong.
 
Maybe he just didn't know the marine corp was part of the military?

Are you sure you didn't ask if they were "soldiers" instead? Either way--A) sound like dickbags, B) does anyone know what the fuck this thread is about? and C) trail stalkers is a ridiculous name anyway...

Probably a group of young Marines, they tend to be cocky and will be clear with someone quickly. Yes, there training does tend to make them that way, makes them very efective when enemys need to die. Yes, they are taught to be diciplined and courteous as well, nicest asshole you ever met.
 
Jason I have several friends in the Marines and would have fully expected it if it was a younger one. It was a guy in his 40-50s though.
I may have made a comment about them leaving the girl behind... lol

Guy at work is in CTS or wants to be or something. They are all over this area. Judging by his personality I don't want any part of the group. The name doesn't make sense to me.
 
You guys realize he filed this 14 days ago right? first use was claimed in april of 2010. Is the filer someone in the club? did you guys piss someone off?
