Anyone ever been or go on the regular?

I am going to go with the wife this Saturday and just wanted to see what kind of turn out they usually have and where is parking? and also, any good breakfast places over that way?

I went once about 2-3 yrs ago. There were a lot of cars and people there. Mostly expensive sports cars, which isn't really my thing. I think I saw one restored old Jeep truck or something.

Cars and Coffee is actually a good, organized meet. Not many 16 year old ricers show up and driving like an idiot is not allowed. Here in Raleigh, the local smokies monitor the event to make sure it all goes smooth.

I've seen anything from old school Kaiser's to 1000whp Vettes. Something for any enthusiasts. I've even taken the Jeep once. Worth checking out if you're a car guy.

The one in Raleigh usually has a few cool FJ80's and older Toyotas show up. More expedition style rigs it seems like but super cool either way.

Raleigh is now the 3rd Saturday of the month. The one on the first Saturday no longer happens. They have a great turnout and its only 10 mins from my house but I am normally to lazy to get moving that early on Saturday.

I used to go every month with my Z06, now I just do a couple a year with the jeep.

I really didn't care for the corvette crowd, the jeep however is always fun to bring out.

I sold it. As I mentioned above, it wasn't nearly as fun hanging with fellow owners as it is hanging with off-road junkies.

Question...what are the chances of someone letting me go for a ride in one of these cars?

I really want to ride in a GTR. I tried to go to Foreign Cars italia to see if they would let me just ride in a GTR and they said that they couldn't do to liability issues....
