Never once did I hear him say he was sorry for taking someones life. What a fucking asshole! They ought to throw his ass in solitary and throw away the key.

tolly carr, a local winston news anchor for wxii got plastered and drove his truck (the police said he could barely walk) and he drove through a construction zone and off the road and ran OVER a good friend while he was sitting on the steps of a building near his apartment waiting for his girlfriend to get back from the bar a block down the street. also, after this happened he told witnesses not to call the cops, he didnt even know he ran over somebody, he never once apologized to the Bokhovens and he went to a local church to beg for sympathy and money.

so basically the website is for support for Casey and to help speak out for an awesome guy that cant speak for himself anymore.
