Sold the 2002 and bought a 2003, disregard any talk about engine swaps, I am going to 'bulletproof' the 6.0, hopefully it will last!

EDIT: 2-14-2013
2003 Eddie Bauer, 285/75/16 Mickey Thompson ATZ's
Flo-Pro Stainless 4" turbo-back
Sinister Coolant filter
EGR Delete (will be installed when I do head studs)
SCT iTSX tuner (used as gauges as well), 55hp tow setting to keep from blowing the heads off :)
2008 Tow mirrors (WAY BETTER THAN FACTORY MIRRORS!)

Started building a front bumper for it this week, below are some progress pics. 3/16" centersection with a mix of 3/16" and 1/8" on the outers. I still have alot of bracketry to add behind the centersection to support the winch. I will be using a Milemarker 10,500 hydraulic winch.

Great vision and work thus far! Keep the progress pics flowing.

Also, I would be interested in the complete intercooler set up off that 7.3 one day if its up for grabs.

I also have a 24V cummins to use for the Cummins swap, need to find a 4x4 ZF6 transmission now.

Could be wrong but i believe if you swap in the zf-6 you will need a new T-case. I at least know the 7.3l zf-6 has a different spline count than the auto's and I'm Thinking the 6.0 zf-6 has the right spline count but an odd T-case pattern.

From what I have found, the input shaft on my current T-case will need to be swapped to fit the ZF-6, or I could just find a ZF-6 t-case.

Bringing this back up, started working on a front bumper, got the main part done, few things I need to change on the CAD files for bumper #2, but it's a good start. Still have some small places to fill in, some light buckets, a grille hoop of some sort, and some more support brackets to support the winch.

are you going to be building these as sort of a do it yourself kit?....id might be interested in one

the basic kit sounds right up my alley then....what would you think to be a round about price on it?

Such a waste of a thread lol :D

Finally got around to swapping in the new front axle (2007 suspension/axle)

2007 steering box, steering stabilizer, and swaybar were messed up in the wreck, I bought a new swaybar and brackets, used the OEM 2003 box and reamed out the pitman arm (thanks for the reamer Snappy).

The radius arm brackets were a PITA to install, I bought a right angle drill off of craigslist just for this, I drilled the holes out and used 5/8" bolts instead of 1/2", I am going to tack weld the nuts to the bolts to make 100% sure they don't come loose.

I am going to re-work the hardlines, either re-flare them shorter or completely replace them with new. I won't fool with them until my SS braided lines show up (I ordered some but was sent the wrong ones). Same deal with these brackets, drilled out and used 5/8" bolts. The 2007 trac-bar bracket bolted up (after drilling new holes) but the front hole on the frame is in a curved section of frame so I will have to do some fabricating to fix that.

Also did the 2005-2007 front headlight/grille conversion today. I had sold the other bumper (pictured above) and changed the design some to make it simpler to replicate, that said, since this bumper was made to fit the 2003 grille I can't use it anymore. It is currently being held on with one bolt per side just to get me by until I get the design for the 2005 grille made. I will sell the pictured bumper for $450, 1/4" centersection, 3/16" and 1/8" outers. Still needs winch mount and more reinforcement on the backside, as well as some more welding.
