Can anyone tell what type or brand of ceiling tile this is? Looks to have a hidden metal track on each side and the tiles would slide in from one end. A/c unit leaked and damaged them, need to order some replacements and spares.

Armstrong uses a metal frame like that for the T&G 12x12" tiles, but what I can see of those, they look super old. I'm not optimistic that they're still made.

I'm thinking that's very "70's" type material. IIRC, they had a complete framework, from left to right, and front to back. If want it to turn out looking decent, probably best to replace all of it. Either tear out the whole structure, and replace, or rob some tiles from inconspicuous places, and patch the damage and replace where you rob, to blend in the best, and pain the whole thing. When I was younger, was a great place to hide...………..stuff LOL

This was installed in the early 80’s. I will do some searching on Armstrong.

I'll be honest - the likelihood of finding something that matches is close to zilch.
Even if you can find the same identical tile - and if it was made 35-40 years ago, that's unlikely - but if you could, the old ones have faded or stained in color in the intervening decades.
You might as well just save you time and plan to replace the whole lot of them w/ something else. That's going to be cheaper and easier anyway.

Nothing will match even if you can find that tile. Here is a link for identifying the grid.
Identify the Grid System
The perforations in the 12' (mains) will tell you the manufacturer of the grid, tile generally matches the grid manufacturer. Occasionally you can find printed numbers on the back of the tile. But the age of the tile and everything that has been absorbed it has sagged and yellowed so much anything you put in there will stick out like a sore thumb.
