Changes in the Endangered Species Act

I would invite all of you to research potential changes in the ESA. This will dramatically impact additional useage of OHV access in places like Cape Lookout, Cape Hatteras and nationwide. Anyone who drives on the beaches, the trails and in National Parks could and should support changes that increase recreational opportunities

Come on people these are outdated laws that are being misused to keep us off of PUBLIC land.
