They will be an inch shorter, but the same width, your speedo will read a little fast if it is calibrated to the 265/75s. Don't know what you are putting them on, but you will gain a little bit of low end from the lowered gear ratio, but will run more rpm's at speed.
In all reality, the changes will be slight, it's only 1 inch, tires can vary almost that much from manufacturer to manufacturer while still having the same listed size.
If it's a good deal I say go for it, those LTX's are great tires, smooth, quiet, long lasting.
