Gonna be in town for the weekend and thought we might check some out,any good ones??
 
The flea market on 51 south of Pineville used to be a good one. Haven't been there in years, but it had indoor and outdoor booths.
 
You mean Dallas? On 321 business? That's a pretty long ways from Charlotte just to go to a flea market, and it's no where near as good as it used to be.
 
Yeah Dallas. I've had better luck finding junk there than I have on 51. I live near the 51 one and will drive to Dallas before I go there.
 
It's been over ten years since I've been to the Pineville one, and that was also when the Dallas one was in its prime. I don't like going to it anymore mainly because the last few times I went it was nothing but Hispanics selling chickens, dogs, or cheap jewelry.
 
Don't bother with the one in Dallas unless you're hunting Hispanics, Mexicans, illegal aliens, illegal immigrants, undocumented laborers or.....aw hell you get the picture.
 
That pretty much sounds like 99% of the flea markets anywhere now.

I just drove by the Dallas flea market a couple weeks ago & wondered what it was like now. I'd think with our economy it'd be a mix of everyone! Seems like all the people I know are on tight budgets. I wonder if other ethnicities are using th Internet & consignment stores to save money instead?
