where on asbury, i have family who lives on that road and the only place used to be on the power lines until it got closed and marked off. please dont say behind the greehouses because that is in no way legal

the pit is in their back yard. the farm is on the huntersville side, and no its not off those powerlines. or behind that green house.

I did make it through the hole behind the greenhouses once, I just shouldnt have tried again . Got told off by a farmer while I was stuck so I havn't been back, and that was bout a year and a half ago.

But yea there arnt realy any legal places around huntersville area. Im never around hardly anyway but that will change soon since I'm done with exams the 3rd them im HOME!!!!!

Please take the pics down if it is not a legal place to wheel. The greenies don't need any more ammo.

asbury chapel is illegal now. neighbors got mad and called the cops too many times when 4x4;s were leaving making too much noise and making the road muddy

edit: sorry you must be talking about a diff one, is it the one with like 3 owners? that used to have a chain infront of it? i heardthere was a way to come in the rear also.

There's a place down in sw charlotte where I live behind the super wal-mart on arrowood road.. nobody's sure if its legal or not. There aren't any posted or no trespassing signs, nobody's ever been cited, I have no idea what's going on back there. Some pretty good trails though, especially after a good rain. Bad part is its all mud, no rocks, but that's what you get east coast wheeling.

Trojanman I know you are new here. But Please, don't post about places to wheel unless you are 100% sure it is legal. Posting a location like this will have everyone with high and low range wanting to ride there. It's hard to say "no one" has been cited, unless you are at the entrance all of the time.

Again (broken record on) If you don't have permission to ride it, it's off-limits!

Hmm, if it's got a chain across the entrance, ya think they are trying to tell you something?

TrojanMan, not only is it illegal, but it's crappy wheelin anyway. A friend of mine and I walked it not to long ago, and there is so much trash and junk in the way, that it's nearly impassable. My friend contacted the owners of the land, a conservation group, and they said that they do NOT want people wheelin out there.
