Cheap utv vrs golf cart

Are you just looking for something that is basically a glorified yard tractor/Mini truck?
 
I've found a few of these pretty much a golf cart with bed. Not sure if everything is beefed up on them or not. These run used 4 to 5k

can you ride a utv around the campground? I know some are particular. if wanting a 2wd utv, maybe look at a rzr 170 or pitster pro. I would go with the minitruck or golfcart if plan to use for more utlity work. That or find a used Yamaha Rhino.

I still have to ask and see about a utv but the one in the link there has the rear seat option like a golf cart looks kinda like a bad boy buggys and I've seen a few of them at the campground
 
Some campgrounds don't allow gas carts. I have a 1987 yamaha g2 that you can not kill. I paid $250 for it. Put a $50 amazon carb on it and a jakes power kit( torque converter). It will pull 4 200lb dudes with shotguns, clays, shells, coolers, etc up big hills no problem. Pulls my 50" swisher finish mower like it's not there. I can't say anything about utv's but if you get a gas cart you need to buy the powerkit(torque converter) asap. It makes a HUGE difference.
 
Yea a lot of campgrounds don't allow gas carts. Mine does cause a lot of hills if I ever decide to move campgrounds I may have to get a electric I just don't wanna have to fool with charging them and replacing battery's ever 4 or 5 years
