cheapest way to ship sliders?

searched, couldnt find anything. Freight? UPS im sure is not the cheapest... i have heard of some shipping it thru greyhound bus or something? anyone help? Thanks!
 
Go Greyhound Package Express much cheaper, but the reciever will have to go pick it up at the station. I have used it several times.
