I just use some 3M quarter inch or 3/8 thick tape foam stuff that I put on the edges after I do the final mounting and that's it

I am very very blessed I'm a full-time LS swap specialty shop now I have three more lined up they just keep coming and coming from as far up north of New York all the way down to Florida
 
That's awesome you found your niche....
it really is, I wish I had the mental capacity to learn tuning lol but I know my limits and even tried with tuning school but yeah that ain't happening. So I stick to what I know and what im good at, learning more along the way.
 
made these panels a while back for a trans am, that's been a big hit at car shows. I don't have the time to build a lot on my CNC table these days but this was really cool to do.

The light must be doing funny things and that finish must look better in person because it looks pretty erratic in the photographs. Fit and shape of the panels looks good though.

yeah they weren't painted yet lol. customer had them color matched to his car
