I'm looking for a replacement header for my 95 Cherokee that want break the bank. Found several on ebay for around $100 to 120 stainless and ceramic coated.Any suggestions

Me too, raced it in ECORS. Mine didn't have those funky flex sections, it's more of a true header with separate tubes. I guess I haven't inspected it lately, so I don't really know of its cracked or not. I just wasn't going to spend several hundred dollars on a name brand header.

My stock one needs replaced too, it is cracked at the collector. I'll b watching this post.

I welded mine back together. that was a month ago. Replaced a customers with a new one from a junkyard for $75. I believe it was morrow motors in forest city. it did have the funky flex sections on either end, came with gasket and pipe packing.

I've easily replaced/installed a few hundred 4.0 manifolds over the years. The typical Advance/Ebay/Dorman/OEM style replacement ones are a nice upgrade over the factory ones.
The expansion joints will help (not cure) with the cracking condition the factory ones are known for. As far as power gains, unless you have more displacement than the factory gave ya, there is very little gains to be had.

Pro tip: grab one from Advance and type in TRT30 as your discount code. You're welcome;)
