uh-oh...gonna restart the debate bout pictures of "destroying mother nature"


(i however love seeing her be put to uses like this)
 
The picture in that was being discussed was removed by me because we do not allow pictures of that nature to be posted on this board. Because the picture looks to have been takin in a national forest that driving on a tree is considered destroying a tree and is illegal and you could be ticketed or fined if not more for those actions.

Not only that, but it can also be used as EVIDENCE (you know?...fines, impounding, jail) that you were doing something illegal. Little things like the trail marker on the tree in question are dead giveaways!:flipoff2:
