Truck is a 1998 K1500 w/ a 5.7L and I think a 4L60E
Recently when I have been driving at say 45-55 mph when I let off of the gas the truck really slows down as if I had a manual transmission and let off of the gas. Most autos that I know just go into coast mode at that point. Really feels like engine braking to me.
My biggest concern is that is problem is eating up more and more gas. Seems to be getting 2-3 mpg less than it has/should be.
Any ideas?
