Chevy water pump modification

I remember seeing in a summit catalog a plate that bolts to the impeller on a water pump. It's supposed to increase flow & reduce cavitation. I can't find my catalog or find it on-line.

Does anybody have experience with this modification?

Does anybody have a catalog they can look up the p/n for me?

it's for a 4.3 v6 long style.

That p/n didn't work for me in the on-line catalog. I'll try calling.

Yea thats a trick I use on the amc water pumps. I just cut a circle out of galvanized sheet metal and rivet it on the aluminum rivets. You can do it youself and save some coin.
