Choke heat tube

My new carb will be in tomorrow (another 2100) and I will be running a manual choke on it. On the original carb there was a heat tube that went up to the choke. Once I removed it now I have two holes in the top of my intake manifold where the tube was. Do I need to plug these holes somehow so I am not having a Vaccum leak? What's the best way to go about doing this? Thanks -Mike

It is supposed to have a check valve that only allows hot air to flow one way.
Shouldnt be an issue...BUT

You can either make a plate out of a pice of metal and drill a couple holes, add some RTV and call it good...

Or drill it, tap it, and use a pipe plug or bolt (matching the chosen tap)
