CJ-7 tail/brake lights don't work.

I have an 83 CJ that has led tail lights on it. The brake lights come on when you step on the brakes, but when the head lights are on the tail lights won't come on neither will the brake lights when I step on the brakes. The turn signals also won't work. The jeep has a Painless wiring harness, I tested the turn signal switch and wiring and it worked fine. I'm not sure what else to check to track down the bugs. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks.
 
Old Jeeps, re do the grounds and make new ones. Grind/sand off the contact points where wires and connections meet metal.
 
Double check the connections in the column after checking the grounds
