cj one piece axle bearing removal

I need to remove the bearings off of a one piece axle with out destoying them, its out of a cj5 with a 20 axle I want to keep the bearings and not destroy the bearings and retainer ! Can this be done ?

If you have a large enough press, it can be done.
They aren't expensive to replace if you have to.

worst case you drill/split the retainer and reuse the bearing w/ a new retainer.

This is the same setup as a 9" if I remember. I usually split the retainer with a dremel and cutoff wheel and use a new retainer.
