Hey guys I am about to get a set of 4in lift springs. I was wondering once I install them what else am I going to have to do. I know new shocks but what else am I going to have to do.

I recommend new ubolts. Also, drilling out the center pins and go with 3/8 or 7/16 center bolts.
Brake lines will most likely need to be lengthened.
You may end up with a vibration in the rear, you can either cut the perches off and correct the angle, or use shims. If Shims, go with steel ones, not the aluminum ones.
If you really want to do it all right, you will need to lengthen your bump stops.
In the front, a drop pitman arm is almost a must, stay away from home brew Z bar drag links. Drag link will also need to be lengthened, maybe what you have will adjust, but unless you get the geometry back as it is now between the drag link and the tie rod, you will have some steering issues, (this is one of the causes of the dreaded death wobble)
