Cj7 ? and need advice

:shaking:I just got my old 86 Cj7 back from a friend in FL and It had the t5, 4 banger, dana 300. I had sold him a nicely rebuilt 350 and he put the new motor mounts in and the motor sitting there. I have all the old drivertrain and Don't have alot of money with a 2month old baby. So my ? is what should I do, Will a T5 hold up to a 4.0 motor or sold I find a tranny for the 350 thats in it. I like to use the dana 300 but don't have the 500.00 for the adapter for the th350. Could I go buy a th350 with a T case already bolted up with a pass t-cass drop or what. I just want to get ready for Uwharrie this spring. I could sell the 350 and get a 4.0 if the T5 will hold up to 35's.. Any help please and thats for the feed back..
 
My jeep only has 98,000 miles and the t5 ran fine but the 4 banger needs a rebuild. That's why he put the 350 in and stoped. I just don't know where to start...
 
I would try to find a TH350 trans and a 205 t-case. That way you would have a stout drivetrain.
