Put new fuel filter on and it will crank manually pouring fuel in but I'm not doing this for all the tire kickers. Bought this as a stock whole bodied truck and was removing the body to put a custom Willy's Jeep tub on. Drove it exactly as you see for over a year. So it's street legal, horn, lights mirrors are all good. Used as a beach buggy at Carolina Beach and Fort Fisher. Comes with extra set of stock tires on rims.
