That's one of those vortec tire inflation units isn't it! I heard they can fill 44's from 8 to 30 in 2 seconds
 
Hmmm, they are asking $29k for it. Supercharger must add about $10k to the value.

In some weird way I kinda like it. A bit ugly but it's very cleanly done, looks like they really put time and love into it rather than the usual slap-together crap.
Looks like something you'd see in a movie.
