I found a truck on CL that I emailed about 4-5 days ago and just today got a response.This was his reply

I am located in Bradenton,FL and the car is already at the shipping company here in Bradenton,FL with all the taxes paid waiting for the destination. I will ship it from here on my expense through DAS (Dependable Auto Shippers).The payment will be handled securely through Money Bookers Escrow using Money Bookers Safety Bank Account. They will handle the financial part of this transaction, I will only take care of the shipping.If you want to make this purchase, the final price is $8,000. I ask a little for this great car since I am going through a divorce with my wife and I need to get rid of it fast. Send me your name and address so I can start the case with Money Bookers. To me it has scam written all over it,especially since the ad said it was in Chesterfield VA and he's comin back FL now.What'd you guy's think???
 
Definitely scam. I got caught in one just like this. Fortunately, I caught it at the last second before I sent the $$. If I were you, i would read the fine print of the "Money Bookers Escrow Account" crap. If you can't find anything on it, ask the seller to send you a weblink, phone #, or something to judge it by. Just my .02.
 
I'm already out.If I can't go look at it and drive it home I'm not buyin.I might buy a $300 junker sight unseen but not a $8K truck.:smokin:

Wow what luck.My parents just happen to live in Bradenton FL so there will be no need to ship it.I'll have dad come by and pay ya cash for it but it will be the weekend before he can come pay you.He works for the FBI and is out of town at the moment.If you will hold it till the weekend I'll give you a extra $1000 for your trouble.Please respond as soon as possible as I have the cash to pay you and don't want this deal to get away.Best regards back to ya

Money Bookers is an overseas company. There is a legit Money Bookers, but I don't know about this escrow company.

I'd say scam, because of shipping, and his obvious grammar errors.
