If it had a title I'd be all over that. Would look tough behind the dually :bounce2:

I agree it's a crazy price, but people can ask whatever they want for things. He will learn after a while that he is too high and either adjust the price or keep them.
I have see Ford front 60s selling for $1500 at times, and folks buy them because of hype over SAS F250 mania.

I guess it's also the fact that the guys says not open to negotiation and no tire kickers.

Someone could come and offer market value for these of 12-1500 and the owner would take offense.

He would then go and complain to
Everyone how the potential Buyer is such a haggler.

True brother, LOL. People are harder to deal with than tumors and ingrown toenails.

*side note* I think its pretty dumb to spend more on a 78/79 Dana 60 front. Or charge more if selling one. People have it in tgeir head that thats the only Ford 60 in existense. Unless its going in a YJ or you absolutely NEED that exact spring perch width, an 80s model will serve the same exact purpose.

The sellers promotion of an item bugs me more than the price.I saw a 86 up Ford KP 60 the other day for sale and the guy was callin it "the most desired and hard to find Dana 60 ever made" and was askin around $1800 IIRC.Now granted they are not fallin out of the sky easy to find but they are not as hard to find or wanted as the 78/79 Ford 60's are.

At least he knew what year it was. Buying the correct length aftermarket Ford 60 inner shafts can be tricky if you don't know a precise year (or can tell otherwise). I think the 88s are sort of a bastard year. I don't know for sure. I'm a $700 Chevy 60 guy

Ah, the NP205FBP (fresh black paint)
yep "it doesn't get no better than this" at least the ad is honest and lets you know that, in fact, it does get better than this.
Its a married case that hes made some kinda plate to bolt to the front and is callin it a divorce mount. That thing has a female drive sleeve that connect the two shafts(in a married trans/case application).I don't understand how he thinks you could connect it to a trans.Maybe a jackshaft that's 29 spline on one end and and U joint on the other???? Unless your running a getrag or NV4500 trans thats not a very sought after case.A 32 spline 205 is way more desireable.

^^that looks terrible. "Saved it before it was destroyed"? Lol it got destroyed when whoever decides to put that much lift on it.
