CNG Conversion

So what does it take to convert a vehicle from gas to CNG.
After watching the commercials for the Pickens Plan, I dont know if it sounds like a good idea or not.
But if say the fuel was $1.50 less a gallon or however they would then measure it is it worth it.
(I dont mean this to turn into a political post, so please try to stick to the topic and mods feel free to move as you see fit.):driver:
 
From what I have been told its about like converting to run on propane.

depends on where you are and not for long


Asheville for example already has a number of CNG stations.

Many municipalities are steering their fleets this way, so infastructure will follow
