Hey guys,
Any place located in Charlotte, NC that sells Co2 cylinders and fills them? Looking for a 5lb version.
Thanks,
Michael

I get mine filled at a fire extinguisher place. very cheap refills, but I am not sure if they sell any type of co2 tanks.

I carried a 20# and it wasgreat, my buddy bought two 5#ers and is still not satisfied. We were airing 37X13 to 4-6 # and it took a lot of volume to get back to pavement pressure, it's according to tire size, and the difference between street and trail pressure and time of year also.

Airgas charged me $30 bucks to fill a 10 lb tank. I heard rumors that you could get them filled at Bass Pro as well.

X2 on the bigger tank. My 10 lb is about the smallest I'd want (bought it because I got a SCREAMIN' deal). However I am running small, skinny tires so my 10 lb lasts a long time.

If you are running big tires, the 20 lb is the only way to go. My buddy has a unimog and he will go through a 20 lb about once a year.

It costs me $12 to refill my 10lb tank at the fire extinguisher store.

I wish mine were a 20 lb., it seems like mine always needs a refill.

I got a 10lb for free a few days ago. How much do the regulators for them cost?

Got a little advice on regulaters, I bought a used Power Tank set up and a year later the reg screwed up. Called P T and Adam Ant said to send it back and they would check it out. Week later he called and said they found metal debris in the reg when they CUT it apart! they also told me it probally came fromthe compressor where I had it filled. They said they would send me a NEW reg for FREE! Lifetime warranty! Those guys are great! Fantastic product and they stand behind it!

What about anybody that fills paint ball C02 tanks?

Way too small to air up tires!:fuck-you:flipoff2:

I know, just could'nt resist.

I exchanged my tank with National Welders today. We looked through the catalog for like 20 minutes and found the regulator that I need. They priced me at 69.99. That doesn't sound too bad considering James O2 wanted $300. Then I went to my old work and they said they can get me one like they use for the kegs for around $40.

Also they told me that a 20lb tank of Co2 is equal to 650lbs of air

My 20lb tank cost me 30 bucks to fill. This was at Nation Welders/Air Gas

If you want to just swap bottles, most welding supplies will swap with you. If you want to keep your tank, you'll prob. need to go to a fire extinguisher shop
