Can you recommend someone that will fill a 10# tank at a reasonable cost?
 
Look for a fire extinguisher shop. That is who I get to refill mine, and if the hydro test is still in date it usually runs me about $13 or so. I could recommend places in Salisbury and Lexington, but I have no idea in Mooresville.
 
next to bank of america on mooresville main street I think it is Lake Norman Fire ext. they were $15 but might have gone up in price. Usually can fill on sight sometimes they send it to their main office but still have it done in a day if sent off.
 
I've heard paintball places can fill a small C02 tank for ya...gotta find out myself.
