Anyone get their portable co2 tanks refilled in Denver or charlotte? Like The Source CO2 tanks or Powertanks.

Looking for specific location experiences.

Thanks!

$20 at any microbrew supply, welding supply, or fire extinguisher shop in the Asheville area. It ain’t rocket science to worry about someone screwing it up.

Coincidentally, that has not been my experience. Just wondering if anyone in my area (charlotte) has had better luck.

Coincidentally still having issues with this.

*2 paintball shops in Charlotte said they can’t do it (they no longer use CO2).

*Fire station doesn’t do it.

*Airgas new policy is 5lb tanks or bigger.

*Welding Supply and Gas store won’t do smaller than 2lbs.

Heading to Dicks Sporting goods this afternoon. I need 20oz bottles filled for the racecar.

Race city steel?

lots of folks are getting away from filling the small bottles becuase of dumb kids getting high and asphyxiating themselves

Roberts Oxygen are cool folks to deal with.

Located at the corner of Chesapeake and Hoskins road.
Less than 15 minutes from your house.

I've used Shipps in Concord to fill mine before

They couldn’t do it.

I’m at Dicks right now and they could’ve done it for $5 per bottle, but my bottles are 5 years old and that’s their cutoff per their rules. So I’m buying two new 20oz’ers @ $30 each. The negative is they don’t have a manual shutoff like my current ones do.

About 100 bucks (including scale). Buy you a big bottle from AirGas. Big one in the sun. Little ones in some ice.

Also. Wtf do you have CO2 on a race car? It’s not 2009 anymore.
