Coil Springs

if i were to build it id base whatever springs you get based on how much the rig fully loaded will weigh. so for ex... if your rig weighs 200 lbs... id get 4 springs rated at 200 lbs each. or 250 hor a harder ride. since you mention building it to 4wd specs the only length that would probaby benefit you would be the 14" springs. and just base it off what the rig will weigh overall. just my .02, im sure theres guys with more knowledge than me.lol

ok, ya the susp is still up in the air. IDK if i want to take a set of zuk axles and shorted then, or use a IFS/IRS set up from a ATV.

Its more of a mud / play toy for the kids and wife. Something they can play with while im out playing with the golf cart

well the solid axle is definitely easier.... all you need is some leaf springs...perches...shocks..and thats it for that(or you can go the xj route.. that works well. coil front leaf rear.. the independant suspension is a little more involved but it will look bad ass.lol

This got me to think if there is anyone that makes custom coil springs locally?
