COLLEGE!

I didn't start living until the old gf from back at home and I broke up. college was the best years of my life and now being in the working world, I seem to remember even the little events now that I miss it so much. I know that when I'm 90 year old pourch monkey, drinking my old milwaukee talking about the "good old days," it will from the good times up at school.

I spent most of the time wheelin with the club, working on shit in random garages, recovery runs in the middle of the night, wheelin though campus, drinkin beer, cooking out, crashing frat parties, stealing the sorority girls, doing SAS's, SOA's, motor swaps, tube bending parties, tire grooving parties, and, my favorite, a beer, burger, and a few friends.

Here's a picture after we cashed the keg at my senior barrel. And, No, I didn't get an STD from the keg.

Here's another, teaching the ins and outs of engines to mechanical engineering students.

Try the walk from state farm to Hoey, which is now being redone, while drunk in a snow storm. Of course this only happens when the Crapple cart decides they want to be the cool guys they are, and quit runnin at 11 instead of 12. God Bless Boone Transport Authority.

I did wal-mart to Frank in a snow storm with my future wife! Got to the top of the hill on the back side of the CAP building and dropped a bag that slid all the way to the buttom of the hill. My wife to be just thought that was hilarious...

dang ricky i thought we had a pretty good friday night at justin's house workin on all 5 vehicles sittin over by my jeep and your truck. too bad we left right when the hot girls were gettin there. you know it sucks when you try to talk to girls at college and you somehow end up talkin about your jeep. good thing i found a girl who likes talkin about cars, SCORE! yeah i would say that i live in the dorm at state with the most hot girls in it and i havent really hung out with any of them, except for the two parties we threw right at the beginning of the year. college is fun though, especially when you are in engineering and you gotta be here for 5 to 6 years cus your classes are too hard and you have to retake them, true story.

Yea . . . .

So uh, we were supposed to be working on my truck??? I got confused when i was running in between your heep's new front axle, Mike's heep's fender's, the F350's exhaust and . . . .

so uh what was I . . . . oh yea my truck's hitch STILL ins't fixed :shaking:

Whatever ever since i took my bed of the truck to supposedly "fix my hitch" and then stuffed my bull bar into some rocks, i've noticed the "hey thats a nice truck" glances have changed into "wtf?" glances :driver:

haha i know, you dont have to tell me about that. hey i only got 4 hours of sleep one night and that was after i woke up late for my first class of the day.

Keep in mind that everything you describe here has NOTHING to do with college or in being college. It's just related to having a whole snotload of teenagers in one place, living "on their own" for the 1st time. You could just as easily be in school at Caldwell Community College and do the same damn thing.
And BTW, you think East to Justice is a long walk or something? It'll be nothin' by the end of the year. Wait til it's in 8" of snow.

This man speaks like he's btdt in many places...

nothing like hiking a few miles back home when the cab never shows up. best bet is to chug a few before hand you head off so you keep your buzz and you get a few piss breaks along the way (usually on someones front porch) to rest and liven things up!

6am, shower and walk from east to the art building with a wet beard and long wet hair in the snow.

i looked like an arctic explorer back then.

Gotta love that "wind tunnel" the designers of this school installed between Old Belk Library and Rankin Science. I remember walking through there when it was hovering around 10 degrees and snowing with a 20 MPH sustained wind blowing.

Thermals, boots, gloves, wool toboggan.....Nope. I don't miss it at all. My only excuse to go on campus now is when the damn freshmen set off a fire alarm.

BTW, I live over here by Wally World, so if you guys ever need a ride here or there, I'll be glad to give you one. Just shoot me a PM and I'll hit you up with my number. White extended cab dually to the rescue! HAHA!
