Anyone work in the commercial real estate world? I'm looking a small property for lease around Raleigh, but I have a few things that I want that may be an issue, but maybe not. Looked on Loopnet, but I'm not paying just to look. Any other outlets to check out properties?

Google Wells Fargo Other Real Estate Commercial and you'll find the ones they've had to repo and are selling. I'm assuming you can do similar with others.
