Does anyone have any leads or connections? Our shop is getting sold from under us and we have to move. Looking for something in the 3k sq/ft range in Winston/Lewisville/Pfafftown area. 3-phase power, bay doors, no office space necessary. Heat/air a plus. Thanks, y'all. This is bad timing as we're about as busy as we could be right now.

Dang Mark that sucks. I'll ask around.

sucks mark, how about calling your boy in clemmons, where I dropped all the Volvos off at?(kidding) I will run it by the F.I.L. and see if he has/knows of anything in the area.

good luck

You might check with the winston airport, that is who we rent from. Also there is a empty shop up Watertown rd just north of the airport near the car train yard.

i've got a lead on some space downtown if thats something you can do. Pm me contact info an i'll drop it on the right desk and see if it gets anywhere

Two months too late, unfortunately. That looks like exactly what we need, but we're already holed up in a new place. I might have to check it out anyway.

Figured y'all had already moved but wanted to pass along anyway. Seems pretty cheap too.

I actually went and looked at it today. For the price, I couldn't NOT check it out! It's a little too good to be true. The building is rough. It's a cludge of about 4 or 5 additions onto the original structure. It needs a little or a lot of work, depending on what you're trying to do, and it just wouldn't work for us. However, the owner is a cool guy and it looked like it would be a good fit for somebody in the Stokes Co. area who's looking for somewhere out of the rain to build a rig or three. It has a lot of potential fora small fab operation.

What kind of work is it needing Mark? I might try to ride by one day this week and look at it.

Like I said, it's kind of a mixed bag. The roof doesn't leak, but it doesn't look far from it. Power is funky, but it's there. I don't know. It would all depend on your needs. For the price, it would be worth looking at.
