Commerical truck crosses deep water

I dont usually pay much attention to videos on break.com, but I thought this was amazing. This truck appears to litterally be floating, but it still runs. How could this truck be in water up to the windows for an extended period of time and still run? I will say that when it drives out of the water it does not look like your average commercial truck, though.

It looks lik a unimog type truck. It is a deisel so the water is not an issue. You can see the breather is above the cab. the benefits to deisel and six wheel drive.

most of those types of trucks have mid engines and a snorkel running to the top of the cab.

the black thing on top of the cab is the fresh air intake for the deisel, you can see it at 157 on the video, still pretty cool.
