I picked this up a couple of months ago from a guy up in Maryland. He ran werock competitions last year. The chassis was originally built by campbell enterprises. I got the chassis, motor, and skins from him. The drivetrain is a jeep 4.0, TF999, Klune V, and a dana 300. 60 front 3 linked with air shocks and bumps. 14 bolt rear 4 linked with air shocks. Hoping to have it out on the trails this summer.

The way I picked it up...

Looking good Matt!

Awesome. I love old comp rides. I would get some different seats and rock out.

It is not running yet. Ill start working on that soon.

I am going to run the Kirkey seats at first. They fit well and and I already have them. If I dont like them I will get some suspension seets.

another picture from when I had it out from under the carport.

I am having trouble getting it running. It doesnt have any spark. It has a thined out wiring harnes. I am using a hesco cps relocation kit. The motor just cranks with no spark. Any 4.0 guys have a tip? Any tests I can do?

I think a guy on this site with the screen name 'marvelousone' or something like that has posted before about being able to wire up 4.0's with only what is required. Might try sending him a pm.

Matt, I just finished a vortec swap into my truck. I'm assuming you have EFI on the 4.0. Anyway, EFI systems and vehicle computers are seriously adverse to improper ground. make sure the engine is grounded to the chassis. Not just grounded through the engine mounts. Hope that helps.

Got it running today thanks to my buddy steve. I am a dumb ass and had some wires mixed up.

Got my front drive shaft today from olivers. Fit great.

Took it up to 4wp to charge the shocks. I need to add more oil to the fronts I believe and try again. I did get enough charge in them to play on the rock pile in the back.

Got this thing together last fall and took it out a few times. Over the winter it got a few more changes. I got peer pressured into shaving my 14 bolt... I couldnt say no. The bottom of the cover on the ballistic shave kit was a little sketchy, there wasnt much material, so we added so we added a little material to it.
