hey everyone, so I've been having some major software issues that has screwed me couple times ...Inkscape (drawing software) shuts down randomly on my CNC computer AND in my home office labtop computer (last night it did while finishing up a customers firepit).
So I thought maybe it was my computer itself in the shop that it came with (a new refurbished Dell) but now that it does it on my home computer too it has me wondering.
Shop Dell uses Windows 7, very simple setup with minimal programs installed just to run the CNC stuff...2g of Ram I believe..
Sheetcam has been TERRIBLE...like Sheetcam totally sucks monkey nuts..it crashes so bad and often it's
Solved the SHeetcam crashing finally by 2hrs later finding a hidden old 2018 version of it installed in some back restore file on the CNC computer and that version (very simple) works so far...fingers crossed...it's annoying though cause I have to go find it every time...it won't let me save that version or copy of it to desktop?? weird...
I'm not getting that much info on Google showing that Inkscape is "known" to crash....so that leaves me to think it's my computers????
I could really use help BUT keep in mind I suck at computer terms and programming/software working so bare with me.... thank you
