I just recently moved to concord from huntersville. The landfill in huntersville was completely relaxed as to what you brought in and in what condition. On the website for cabarrus county landfill they strictly prohibit loads over 8 foot long. The trailer I have it on it 12' long. Any other places to take tree brush?

Take it on a long trip, down a short road .............are you sure they mean an 8' trailer, or the wood must be less than 8' long??

I'm not sure. They were closed when I got there info. The way I got it loaded they might give me grief. If there are no more I will stop and see tomorrow.

I'm wondering Where you were looking? I'm only familiar with 4, & never heard any SIZE restrictions, as I was in Dump trucks, & up to 53' trailers!
Cabarrus Co. landfill-Irish Potato Rd., Griffens/Harrisburg hwy 49., BFI@ Speedway[might have new name] Also a Private landfill on the Speedway Rd, before you get to BFI, I guess Calvin [corky] McClure, still runs it. Probably some private landfills around you too.
