35x25 is 11 yards 4" thick . Add another half to that for the footer and apron and you are are around 15 yards .

Concrete here is running $125 a yard with fiberglass . The finish guys have been doubling that to set their price . So $2000 or so if you finish it , $4000 if you bring in the pros to finish it .

These are rough numbers based on a pour from Dec , your mileage may vary .

Call Charlie Jackson for a good honest quote 704-435-8702
He's done work at my house and alot of my friends. He is retired and just does this on the side but does an awesome job at a fair price.

I mess with it all the time, I build houses for a living. The $125 a yard is about right but, the double price to finish it, Well I would check that price if you know what I mean.

D&M concrete did the slab on my garage. They did a fantastic job and were very quick and easy to work with. I don't remember how much it was for the concrete because there were some many other things involved (80 yards of fill under slab, engineering, etc). The only number I can find online is 704-263-9444, but I've got the guys cell # if the other number doesn't get you to them.

Keep in mind the price will vary depending on how much grading needs to be done, if they have to rent equipment or if they own it, what kind of finish you want (added stuff like picture framing etc costs more), you also have to figure in that its a turn down slab so it will take more concrete with the footers etc, if you add wire or rebar for reinforcement that will cost more, who they get their concrete from will also factor in (some companies have different surcharges like for loads under so many yards etc), etc etc. They might even charge for getting it inspected if they have to do it on their time.

The way to save yourself the most amount of money is if possible do as much prep work as you can. Beyond that get a couple quotes from various companies in your area and pick the best one. Best of luck with it.
