01 f250 7.3 extended cab. Last year I replace all break pads rotors and shocks. This spring I replaced ball joints tie rod and drag link and steering stabilizer. Replaced all u joints on the rear axle. DIDNT replace the carrier bearing in rear driveshaft or u joints in the front driveshaft, or unit bearings or hubs. Truck also has new tires. Truck had an almost constant vibration before replacing u joints found one broke with no needle bearings now it only vibrates between 30-40

I'd say a bad balance, but that's just my guess...

What kind of vibration is it - side to side, everything at once, etc?

Do you feel the vibes in the dash and steering column or do you feel it in your seat?

Can you borrow someone's tires and try to replicate? I had vibes that shook everything. Rear shaft joints didn't work. Yanked front shaft and it went away

From experience, I'm going with tire balance also. Ask about balance beads, I've had wonderful usage out of them myself with the only exception being the one set I put too much weight in....

30 mph is pretty slow to feel a drive line vib, due to a bad balance. Normally 45-65 is the critical speed and then will clear out by 70, not always but normally.

Like said, remove the front shaft and try it. If it's the same remove the rear shaft and try it.

In my experience a tire being out of balance will not get better at speed. If it's bad at 30 it would normally be crazy bad at 70.

OEM lockout hubs or Warns?
Any chance your spindle bearings are shot causing the stubs to adhere to the unit bearings and spin the shafts/diff/driveshaft?

Tie a piece of fishing line between the outer shaft and the top of the "C". When the vibe comes back, see if the line is broken. If it is, something is causing the axle shaft to spin.

So it gets weirder pulled to wind rock yesterday no vibrations at any speed or during the trip

Is the truck lifted any? Is the center bearing rubber worn out? That sounds like when you loaded it and the truck squatted down the drive line angles got better. If the truck has a lift but the center bearing wasn't adjusted any that'll cause a vibe. I had a 6" lift on my old 03 f250. I had to drop the center of the rear shaft down 3" to keep it from vibrating.

It has a leveling leaf on the front stock springs in the rear

OEM lockouts I think one is starting to go bad. I got a set I just need to go ahead and swap in
