What is the proper adhesive to (re)attach an exterior moisture barrier to a brick fascia? I'm talking about the rubbery/asphalt-esque stuff that is glued to the brick at or below ground level. There are a handful of spots around my house where this membrane material has kind of peeled away from the brick.
Is this looking in the right direction?
What is on mine currently appears to have some sort of exterior coating at the edge of the membrane - I assume that's a different sealant? Any advise would be much appreciated.
