Cooking....

I've recently become a fan of brineing chicken, leg quarters, breasts, even wings and then grilling them. It can put flavor down into the meat and make it juicy and tender even if overcooked slightly. Google brineing recipies and ways to use brines there is alot of info online and I experiment w ingredients all the time. You can ad dry seasonings or sauces too the meats to and it's even mo better!! I brined 2 whole turkeys and smoked them last year and both were outstanding.

I have gotten into the grilling thing pretty heavy this summer, works great b/c my wife and I can just sit back and talk and my little girl can ride her lawnmower/crawler(haha) its really relaxing to us, that being said i am a fan of low and slow, and the previous statment was made you can turn up the heat or throw it back on if it is not done.
I love the Lowry's chile garlic seasoning salt on marinated (dales and beer) chicken quarters, thin pork chops (same marinade) on fajita bread with salsa and plain greek yougurt is a favorite too!! See what your girl likes too, with a grill you can cook different stuff at the same time and both of you eat your favorites!!
