coolant in tranny......

Long story short...faulty fitting got coolant in granny while driving for less than a mile..................is trans shot? Hoping to flush / new filter. 94 zj 5.2 awd

you will need to flush it a few times, it may be ok. the problem is that the glue which holds the fiber to the steel on automatic clutches, is water soluble.

Is there a way to flush it at home or is a visit to the shop coming?
