Hey guys...Franklin cant make it to the Harlan Race as my co-pilot this time, I have asked a few folks, none of which, for a number of reasons, can make it.
ok..I was on Pirate for a min. and saw where Jeff Knoll had posted in the ECORS race thread, looking for a camera/story write up person. Sooo...I pm'ed him about asking Ian Johnson from xtreme 4x4 about riding w/ me..lol

I must be silly or something, huh?
The answer to those questions is YES.

Hey Man,
Jeff sent me your invite and although I was planning on co-dawging the race with Jimmy Penner for Essentially Off Road, I will not be able to attend the Harlan Qualifier.
We had some family stuff come up and I just cannot get away for the event.....
Again thanks for the invite and I hope you find a co-driver...and kick ass in the race.

I'll be there and can say gas, brake, left and right pretty well. And I'm kinda local to you.

Ther is kinda a back story here, Jeff knoll needs someone to do a write up, I guess, and I had heard that Ian was going but was not racing..so I pmed jeff and asked him to foward the pm/invite. He replied back that the ''ball was rolling''. You see, this way, jeff could get the story from Ian, from my passenger seat. Anyways, then a reply came back that Ian was co-riding w/ Jimmy in the Essentially offroad car. Then, thats when Ian pmed back his response that he wasnt even going now.

could be someone else..but I am doubting its a fake..I mean, Ian aint Garth Brooks or nothing. :lol:

anyways..I was just having some fun with the invite thing..you never know:lol:
 
yeah i just meant a small chance about the fake, it probably was him. thats really cool of him though.
