Ups lost my seat belts I ordered. Tracking says it was left on my front door at a time I was home. So I know I didn't have it on my property at any time.
Anyways I call ups and get all this automated say this if you want this crap. I eventually get frustrated and say I wanna talk to some one ( not quite that nice) and it gets me to a real person. They tell me exactly what ups.com says and tells me I have to call the the company I ordered from and get them to fix things. Well I'm kindof pissed. I look up corbeau's customer service number and dail it. Any one ever called Corbeau? Two rings and a mother effin person picked up. I wasn't even upset any more. It's the littlest things, but corbeau has gained a life time customer...

I wasn't expecting it, maybe I assumed corbeau was a larger company than it is.

Haha no. Just got corbeau involved today. Hopefully soon my passenger belt is completely inoperative right now.

yeah I called once to ask some Q's about seat dimensions. 2 rings, live person, really nice guy, answered everything directly.
 
We've been selling Corbeau Seats for 2 years and we can't say enough about the guys at Corbeau.
 
Yep, not often you get that anymore.

Another... Call TLS transmissions, Lee don't answer, but his wife does, and she sounds soooooo sweet! Has to be better than talking to Lee LOL
