so we have a family co. and i own 32.5 %, my sister the same, but she has been kicked out for embezzelment, and my step mom owns 35 %. we get along somewhat but she has remarried, and her husband is a worthless golddigger. she is in a trance. sister has been fired, told not to come back, she had her hand in the cookie jar. so do i have any leg to stand on, or could i just be let go just like that. she controls finances.

What happened to the other 32.5% once your sister was relieved??? Controlling stake(s) can muscle out whomever they choose...especially in small businesses.
