i have a 82 crossfire injection corvette that i am thinking about restoring i had it listed on here a while back but decided to keep now i am looking to see if anyone has any suggestions on a cheap road to take

doesnt have to be dirt cheap and i am not wanting to go all out just wanting to make look good

cheep and restoring dont go together

sounds like a signature lol.

maybe if you said what you want to do. total car resto, just the interior, just the paint/trim/wheels, etc. for faded and oxidize paint you can try different buffing options to remove buildup from the paint. for chrome you can do the same, just time and patience to make sure you don't rub thru the paint or take the shine off. wheels you can respray, re-chrome, go aftermarket. interior you can update with new seats or go with aftermarket leather covers like a katzkin, roadwire, etc or use a cover from pep boys. under the hood you can just tune it up or add mild performance parts. its all on what you want to do and what amount of money you want to spend. hell you could strip the car to primer, do body work yourself and take it to scheib or macco.

did you try a more specialized option to sell it? like a vette specific website?
