Rockin that 110 switch, cause I haven't ran 220 yet. First weld with my Eastwood machine on dirty mild steel.... Reckon 2 weeks of practice will dust off 3 years of TIG rust. Get some.... Dynamite Design

Good luck! Do your customers right and do good work and you will be alright. There is a whole lot of great competition w/ in 100 miles of you so you will need to set the standard not follow it.

BTW have you already hired Jeepster? Looks like his welds.

Miller Diversion 165, kinda small but front panel says 3/16 steel and 1/8 Alum; prob a short duty cycle on the heavier end.

Has thumb control, but I can get a pedal for it.

I have an argon bottle, Tungsten, both fillers and some shiny new gloves, but I haven't even lit it up yet, lol.

Also have a spool gun on my millermatic 185 you could play with too...

Mat sounds like me I have had mine for 6 years and the only thing I have used it for is welding up stainless in a buddys resturant.

My bad, didn't think anyone was interested in the table. I stuck some legs on it last night. Matt, buy a pedal and get some weld time in.

Sorry for the hijack, table looks awesome, I'd love to have something similar n blasted with glass top for a coffee table. Should make a great sturdy shop table with unlimited clamping edges.

Update on the piano table. I stood inside the large hole, and carried it around the garage without much effort.

Nice setup man!!!! How you liking the tig...I've looked at getting a name brand other than miller or Lincoln, or Hobart. But those welds look great.

Found some dirty 16 gauge aluminum in the woods this morning and ran some test welds....
