I'm sure we could all pitch in a few dollars each. Who's gonna be the tester?

I'd vote for @RatLabGuy, but he done moved out of state!
I work with a girl who used to sell her panties for cash. Kinda creepy but hey, good way to make money I guess.

I also was in grad school w/ a girl who had previously done, as a senior psych project, an experiment where they had a theory that women naturally smelled more attractive to guys during specific parts of their menstrual cycle.
To prove this, they had girls donate their panties along w/ notes of where they were "in the month" when they took them off.
...and guys then smelled them w/o seeing the women and gave ratings of attractiveness.
She had some entertaining stories about the people she met running that thing.

Wow. So what does the average panty sniffer pay for a pair of used bloomers? I just can't see how there'd be much money in the dirty drawers market.

I like sniffing panties.... o_O

Guy I work with said when he used to mechanic at the dealer the guy in the stall beside him wore bright colored panties. He finally broke down and asked him about it. Guy said he sold them online as "worn" Cheerleader panties for $20 a pair, vaccum sealed them and shipped them all over the place. He still laughs about that dude.

No idea. I'd get a couple to 10 bucks?
But think of it this way, you can throw them away, or you can sell them. Its basically free money.
Like selling hair.

Women don't grow panties. Them thangs ain't free!

No but they do replace them when they get old. Not everybody wears the same underwear for a decade.

Dang it!!! Flagged for removal!

Simple supply and demand, Dave. Let's assume they get 30 hits. Now unless they've been saving their old panties in preparation for this business venture and have a large quantity amassed, they're probably buying new to meet demand. I can't run a metal shop and base my stock on old bedframes. Bulky item pickup only returns so many. I know from being around women and occasionally going shopping with them that those little pieces of fabric aren't exactly cheap. And it seems there is an inverse relationship between the amount of fabric used and their cost! Now maybe there's a few panty peddlers out there who just sell the occasional pair or two of old ones to offset the cost of buying new. I'm sure there's also strippers who are actually working their way through college! ;)

Wait...did you assume they were selling their used undies like we sometimes sell used tools? "I don't wear these anymore, maybe somebody else will." No, I don't think it works like that. The people buying these probably aren't concerned with being able to buy a new pair for less. ;)

Man you're really you're over thinking this.
She said, quote, "I realized that when I got new underwear, I could sell off the old ones and make some money, which basically went to the new pair."
I don't think it was a "business", just a way to make some free extra bucks.

That tidbit of info would have helped. The girls in my original post appear to be making a go of it as a niche business. I was surprised you missed out on that potential scenario.

I think that this would be the only niche business where "used" is more valuable than "new".

without pictures I can only assume they are well over 300lb swamp donkey's.
