Craigslist Find....has potential!

For some reason I kinda like that.
:smokin:

I bet it rides like sheeet with those boggers. Definitely has potential. Nice to wheel in the AC/heat with the radio on.

That thing use to be for sale at a tire shop down the road from where I worked when I was living in richmond. I don't know what they where asking for it, but it probably sat there for over a year.

Drop down with some cut fenders and that would be a pretty sick rig, I'd want specs on 9inch and 44 before I started beating on it with 39 boggers though

Anybody else notice the 8 lug rims? Must have adapters from 5 to 8 lug.

Front is Straight Axle Dana 44 and rear is 9" Ford all converted to 8 Lug.
Probably a typical D44 parts changeover and some custom 8 lug shafts for the 9" with some redrill drums or drums off of something 8 lug with same size drums.

No axle company claims to be able to make 8 lug 9" shafts. Foote says they might be able to a few yrs ago, but they were going to be $500+ per side.

I'd bet there's adapters.

Ad says the Axles were converted to 8 lug... So probably not adapters, I'd guess they drilled a different bolt pattern axle to 8x6.5.... An untrussed 44 with 39's? I wouldn't expect that too last....

Would need custom shafts or adapters. Flanges aren't big enough on 9" blanks for 8 lug.

Both would likely be fine for a road rig

Ad was deleted. I'm still betting there were adapters.
