I guess I'm looking at it as glass half full. MAY be able to file for lost title. As he said, "MAY" run, tops are cheap. For less than $1500 MAY be a street able unmolested yj. In which case that's a deal.

Or MAY be a piece of crap that can't be titled and has sat outside for 10 years with no top with chipmunk nests in the throttle body.
